Lucky Key Finalist Drawing winners must be present to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 10 minutes, additional redraws will occur until the prize is claimed. Winners will choose between securing a finalist spot or $10,000 EasyPlay. Winners must choose their option immediately, and selection is irrevocable. Winners can only claim one Lucky Key Finalist spot during the promotion. Drawing winners who select the $10,000 EasyPlay option in lieu of participation in the May 30 Grand Finale will not be eligible to win future finale spot drawings for the duration of the promotion. All finalists are required to sign the Home Sweet Win Official Rules and Winners Release to participate in the Grand Finale Drawing.

Lucky Key Finalist Drawing winners must be present during the Grand Finale Drawing on May 30 and check in at the designated registration area between 5PM–8PM. Failure to be present will result in forfeiture of the finalist spot, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Unlimited additional redraws may take place on May 30 until all 20 participants for the Grand Finale Drawing have been identified.

Open to legal U.S. residents, age 21 or older, with a valid Pechanga Rewards membership. Employees of Pechanga Resort Casino and the Pechanga Gaming Commission are ineligible.

Pechanga Resort Casino will collect personal information about entrants in accordance with its privacy policy, available at pechanga.com/privacy. Data collected may include name, email, and other personal information necessary to manage the promotion. By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information for promotional purposes.

Participation in the promotion constitutes your perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable consent to the use of your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and/or entry for promotional and advertising purposes by Pechanga Resort Casino and its designees in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, without further payment, consideration, notice, or approval. You waive any right to inspect or approve such uses and agree that no further permission shall be required. This includes live event appearances or media appearances related to the Promotion. The rights include on-location or studio-based on-air camera appearances, footage created prior to, during and post promotional period for purposes of this promotion, and any photographs, videos, or other materials provided by the prospective Grand Prize Winner to Pechanga Resort Casino.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release Pechanga Resort Casino employees from any liability, loss, or damages arising from the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical difficulties, errors, or interruptions in the entry process, and reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed fraudulent.

Electronic drawings will be conducted to determine winners of the qualifying drawings. The Grand Finale Drawing at 10PM on May 30, 2026 will be a manual process.

Tampered or altered entries are void. The Promotion is subject to cancellation, suspension, or modification if any unauthorized intervention, technical failure, human error, or any other cause beyond Pechanga Resort Casino's reasonable control compromises or corrupts the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, as determined by Pechanga Resort Casino in its sole discretion. In such event, Pechanga Resort Casino reserves the right to award prizes in a fair and equitable manner from among eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or fraud is detected. Participants may not use robotic or automatic entry methods, and any such entries will be disqualified.

One grand prize winner will receive a brand-new preselected house built by Taylor Morrison of California with an approximate retail value of $2,149,000. The specific model, features, and specifications of the house will be determined solely by Pechanga Resort Casino. The prize is subject to availability, and Pechanga Resort Casino reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specified house becomes unavailable for any reason. The purchase price of the house will be paid for by Pechanga Resort Casino.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, or other consideration. Any attempt to sell, barter, trade, or otherwise transfer the prize will result in immediate forfeiture. The Grand Prize Winner must take personal possession and title to the house—no alternative ownership structures, trusts, or corporate entities will be permitted without Pechanga Resort Casino's prior written consent and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The winner will be responsible for all taxes or fees associated with the prize, including but not limited to federal and state income taxes, property taxes, transfer taxes, registration fees, title insurance.
• If a winner accepts a house, they will take ownership subject to all applicable laws, land use restrictions, and any rules, fees, or covenants set by a homeowners’ or condominium association or community. Winner must obtain any required mortgage, insurance, or other documentation necessary for transfer of ownership within 60 days of winning. Failure to qualify or obtain necessary documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize. Winner must also agree to all terms of the Purchase Sale Agreement and maintain the property in accordance with all applicable homeowners' association requirements and local ordinances.
• The house is fully furnished and Pechanga Resort Casino is not responsible for any moving related expenses.
• Pechanga Resort Casino will not be responsible for any financial burden or tax liability outside of the initial purchase of the home.

The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all costs, taxes, fees, and expenses not explicitly included in the prize.

• All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the winner’s responsibility.
• Pechanga Resort Casino will report the prize value to the IRS as part of the winner’s gross income.
• Pechanga Resort Casino will not replace lost or stolen prizes or any prize components.
• Winners are solely responsible for payment of income, sales, or use taxes associated with the prize.
• Pechanga assumes no responsibility for any tax liabilities.

• Drawing winners' first name, first initial of last name, and Rewards Account number will be displayed on screens throughout the casino and may be broadcast on social media platforms. Winners explicitly consent to this use of their information as a condition of participation.
• EasyPlay prizes will be automatically credited to winners' Rewards Accounts and will be valid for seven days.

Participation in this promotion constitutes agreement to the Home Sweet Win! Official Rules. Finale Spot winners will be required to sign the Home Sweet Win! Official Rules and Winners Release to be eligible to participate. Grand Finale spot winners must be present during the May 30 Grand Finale Drawing and must check in at the designated registration area between 5PM and 8PM on May 30, 2026. Failure to be present at the time drawing will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Grand Finale winner must return to participate in additional filming on location at Pechanga Resort Casino May 31, 2026. Hotel room accommodations will be provided by Pechanga Resort Casino for one overnight stay on Saturday, May 30 and/or Sunday, May 31. Transportation between Pechanga Resort Casino and filming location will also be provided. Casino capacity is limited and participation into a promotion/event is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/activate entries during the times stated in the official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

Nothing herein shall be considered a waiver of sovereign immunity of the Pechanga Band, Pechanga Development Corporation, Pechanga Gaming Commission, or the Pechanga Resort and Casino or any of its subsidiaries, respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, or agents.
